I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
